Job summary

FellowshipLIFE is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team in Burlington, NJ. This role supports high-quality clinical care, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a Life Plan Community setting.

The successful candidate will hold an NJ RN license, have at least 4 years of RN experience including charge nurse duties, and be proficient with Point Click Care. This is a part-time, on-site position for the 11pm–7am shift.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the NJ Board of Nursing
• 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with charge nurse or team lead experience
• Mandatory experience in sub-acute care, assisted living, and skilled nursing
• Proficiency with Point Click Care

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Supervision: provide oversight and guidance to nursing staff, mentoring and supporting team members.
• Clinical Expertise: oversee delivery of evidence-based nursing care, develop care plans, manage complex clinical situations.
• Quality and Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high documentation standards.
• Resident and Family Communication: communicate openly and professionally with residents and families.
• Kindness and Compassion: lead by example, delivering care with dignity and compassion.

Essential Functions:

• Leadership and Supervision: Provide oversight and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Clinical Expertise: Oversee and ensure the delivery of comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage complex clinical situations with proficiency.
• Quality and Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Ensure that all documentation and practices meet the highest standards of quality.
• Resident and Family Communication: Maintain open, empathetic, and professional communication with residents and their families. Address concerns and provide support to enhance the overall resident experience.
• Kindness and Compassion: Promote a culture of kindness in all interactions. Lead by example in delivering care that respects each resident’s dignity and individuality.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license issued by the NJ Board of Nursing
• 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with experience as a charge nurse or team leader, preferably in a Life Plan Community (CCRC), Skilled Nursing, or Assisted Living setting
• Mandatory experience in sub-acute care, assisted living, and skilled nursing
• Proficiency with Point Click Care
