Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents ensuring safety and comfort.
• Support residents’ independence.
• Communicate resident status to the charge nurse at shift start and end.
• Contribute to resident care plans with observations and knowledge of conditions.
• Assist in implementing care plans within established policies.
• Observe, report, and document residents’ conditions.
• Follow procedures for safe lifting and transfers.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Maintain a hazard-free environment through incidental housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

CNA Requirements:
