Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Fargo, part of Vibra Healthcare, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. This full-time role features rotating 12-hour shifts with ASAP start, providing bedside care and assisting licensed staff.

You will document daily living activities, maintain a clean, safe environment, and respond to emergencies. Eligible candidates must have CNA certification in ND, high school diploma, and be prepared to complete BLS within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds.

Vibra Hospital of Fargo, located in Fargo, ND, is a 31 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities
