Job summary
Vibra Hospital of Boise seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day shift team. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and you will work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities include assisting licensed staff with daily living activities, documenting care, maintaining a safe and clean unit, and recognizing emergencies. Required are a high school diploma, CNA certification, and BLS completion within six months of hire.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
- BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

- Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
- Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
