Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Boise is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team for full-time night shift with a $5,000 bonus and 12-hour shifts. This role supports licensed nurses in daily patient care and safety, with opportunities to build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families.

The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, maintain infection control standards, and respond to emergencies while pursuing ongoing professional growth within Vibra Healthcare’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
