  • Schedule: Full-time and part-time; Rotating Shifts; Includes every other holiday
  • Facility: Alexian Village of Milwaukee, St. Francis Place, Franciscan Place, Lakeshore at Siena
  • Location: Milwaukee, WI; Brookfield, WI; Racine, WI
  • Salary:$17.23 - 22.30 per hour

Benefit options and eligibility vary by position. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.

Responsibilities

You will assist with basic patient care activities.

  • Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly. Assures resident safety by identifying safety
    hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

BLS Provider preferred

Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Additional Preferences

6 months of previous experience as a CNA is strongly preferred.
