+ **Facility:** Alexian Village of Milwaukee, St. Francis Place, Franciscan Place, Lakeshore at Siena

+ **Location:** Milwaukee, WI; Brookfield, WI; Racine, WI

+ **Salary:** $17.23 - 22.30 per hour

**Responsibilities**

You will assist with basic patient care activities.

+ Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).

+ Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.

+ Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.

+ Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly. Assures resident safety by identifying safetyhazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):

Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

BLS Provider preferred

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

**Additional Preferences**

**6 months of previous experience as a CNA is strongly preferred.**
