Job Description:

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to serve at Grace Home, Essentia Health's long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This CNA works on a casual basis, picking up shifts as needed to support staffing needs at this location. Some weekends and holidays are required.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, nutritional needs, and recognizing changes in resident condition. Maintain a safe, clean environment and prevent abuse of vulnerable adults. Identify safety hazards and emergency situations, and initiate corrective actions.
