RegalCare at Blackstone Valley in Northbridge, Massachusetts, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver compassionate daily care to residents. You will assist with bathing, grooming, vital signs, mobility, and emotional support in a supportive team environment.

We offer a $1,000 total sign-on bonus paid in quarterly installments and a competitive hourly rate in the $16–$22 range. Experience with electronic charting is a plus, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts CNA certification.
• Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.

CNA Role Summary:

As a CNA, you will assist our residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
