Job summary

RegalCare at Harwich in Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our patient- and resident-centered team. You'll provide daily living assistance, support comfort, and help maintain a warm, home-like environment.

This role offers both part-time and full-time shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing education. A current MA CNA certification and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Massachusetts (MA)
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate with the healthcare team
• Assist with vital sign monitoring (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
• Support patients with mobility and transfers as needed
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements
