Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, respiration).
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.
• Participate in training and continuing education to stay current.
