Haven Place, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and residents.

We offer shifts from 7:00-3:00, 3:00-11:00, and 11:00-7:00 with competitive pay between $21.40 and $24.50 per hour, plus continuing education opportunities and a supportive team committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!).
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to patients and residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Perform various tasks, such as transferring patients, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
