Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring a CNA to provide direct resident care in our Rhode Island facility. This role covers 2nd and 3rd shifts with options for part-time all shifts, offering competitive pay and daily pay options where available.

You will assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals and activities while documenting care in our system. A compassionate, dependable team player is essential to our supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Certified to work as CNA in the state
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene and toileting
• Mobility Support: reposition, transfer to chair, assist to bed, walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals and weight, report changes in health
• Feeding & Hydration: assist with meals, snacks and fluid intake
• Living Assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, help participate in activities
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support
• Document: enter care information into the software system
