Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a CNA for a Part Time 3rd Shift to provide skilled nursing care for residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care. PRN accepted with experience.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, vitals, feeding, living activities, companionship, and documentation in our software. Certification in the state, ability to pass checks, and a compassionate, dependable team player are required. Daily pay and strong benefits are offered.

• Certified to work within this state as a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely.
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health.
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure adequate fluids.
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help participation in activities.
• Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety.
• Document: Enter info into our software system to track care.
