Help ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients while assisting nursing staff with daily care tasks. Your role will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.*

Responsibilities

1. Observing Residents
2. Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
3. Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
4. Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
5. Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
6. Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
7. Transporting Residents within the Facility
8. Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
9. Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements

1. Previous experience in inpatient settings or long-term care preferred.
2. Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential.
3. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is advantageous.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including ICU settings if required.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
6. State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
