Job summary

Heritage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home patient care in Idaho, including Twin Falls and surrounding areas. CNAs follow the plan of care, work with families, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.

Required Idaho CNA licensure (or eligibility), CPR (BLS), and basic computer skills for documentation. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are also needed for home visits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed/certified as a CNA in Idaho.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in CNA practice.
• CPR (BLS) professional certification.
• General knowledge of computers and ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the home per the plan of care.
• Follow agency policies and state and federal regulations.
• Attend required meetings and coordinate with the care team.

Responsibilities

Heritage Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals in the patient’s place of residence. The CNA follows agency, state, and federal policies and procedures. The CNA will attend meetings as required.

CNAs must meet the following requirements:

• Be currently licensed/certified as a CNA in the state of Idaho
