Job summary

Heritage Home Health & Hospice is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care in Twin Falls, Burley, and nearby areas. You will support patients in their homes, coordinate with families and clinicians, and adhere to agency policies.

Applicants must hold an Idaho CNA license, CPR (BLS) certification, and have basic computer skills to document care in electronic medical records. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between patient homes.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed/certified as a CNA in Idaho.
• CPR (BLS) professional certification.
• General knowledge of computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home CNA care for patients as assigned.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in the patient’s home.
• Attend required meetings and follow agency policies for care delivery.

Responsibilities

Heritage Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals in the patient’s place of residence. The CNA follows agency, state, and federal policies and procedures. The CNA will attend meetings as required.

CNAs must meet the following requirements:

• Be currently licensed/certified as a CNA in the state of Idaho
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred but not required
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in CNA practice
• CPR (BLS) professional certification
• General knowledge of computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
