Job summary

Heritage Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, in-home patient care in Idaho. You will work with patients and their families, following agency policies and state regulations to support recovery, aging in place, and overall well-being.

Ideal candidates are Idaho-licensed CNAs with CPR certification and basic computer skills, able to travel to patient homes, and committed to teamwork and ongoing learning in a positive, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed/certified as a CNA in Idaho.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in CNA practice.
• CPR (BLS) professional certification.
• General knowledge of computers and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the patient’s home under agency policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Attend required meetings and meet agency standards.

Responsibilities

Heritage Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals in the patient’s place of residence. The CNA follows agency, state, and federal policies and procedures. The CNA will attend meetings as required.

CNAs must meet the following requirements:

• Be currently licensed/certified as a CNA in the state of Idaho
