Job summary

Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center in Manahawkin, NJ is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help ensure comfort and well-being in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

We offer all shifts (7-3, 3-11, 11-7) with a $5,000 bonus for Full Time, plus competitive pay and benefits. Prior experience in long-term care is preferred, and weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including beds and linens.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and team members.
• Respond promptly to call lights and urgent needs.
