Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Monmouth County, New Jersey is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles across Day, Evening, and Night shifts. New Jersey CNA certification is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred but new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using proper safety techniques.

• Respond to resident call lights promptly and courteously.

• Document resident care accurately and timely.

• Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
