Job summary

Silvis Center Rehab and Care in Silvis, Illinois is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care. CNA duties include basic nursing care under licensed supervision, vital signs, and support with daily living activities to promote resident well-being.

You will work under licensed staff, assist with transfers and positioning, observe changes, participate in care planning, and maintain accurate resident records in a supportive long-term care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the State of Illinois.
• 0-2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
