Responsibilities:
Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in creating a warm and supportive environment, prioritizing residents' well-being. Your duties include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a respectful, dignified, and personalized care experience for each resident.
· Provide companionship and emotional support
· Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
· Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
· Support mobility through transferring and repositioning to promote independence
· Assist during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
· Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional state
Requirements:
· Valid CNA certification in Indiana
· Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility
· Passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to quality senior care
