About Us:

Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice, and respite care. We are a 120-bed facility with 90 long-term and 30 short-term beds.

We have an excellent reputation in the community and are looking for caring individuals to provide the quality care we are known for to our residents.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $21.00/hour

Shift Differential: $3.00 for 3-11 shift

Position Type: Per diem (minimum 16 hours per month, with at least 8 hours on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, plus one major holiday per year: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day)

Additional Pay: $21-$22/hour (plus shift differential of $2-$3 if working 3-11 or 11-7)
