Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Utah is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care. Part-time or full-time roles with weekly pay and competitive benefits are available across our service area.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily care, maintaining a clean home environment, and timely charting of patient status with reporting of changes to the case manager. Requirements include Utah CNA licensure or imminent licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Active CNA licensure in Utah or within 30 days.
• Active CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and assist patient mobility.
• Current driver's license and ability to drive to patient homes.
• Experience in Home Health preferred.
• Experience with KanTime EMR systems.

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time Hours Available!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily routine care including bathing, feeding and mobility
• Providing a clean environment for the patients
• Charting and documentation of patient status, alongside reporting of changes to case manager

Requirements

• Active CNA licensure within the state of Utah or obtaining license within next 30 days
• Active CPR Certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assistant patients with mobility
• current driver's license and the ability to drive to and access a patient's home without an assistive device
• Experience working in Home Health preferred
• Previous experience with KanTime Mobile / previous knowledge of electronic medical record systems
