Job summary

The Lodge at Saginaw is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate resident care in a skilled nursing setting. This Full-Time and PRN position offers competitive pay, excellent PTO, medical, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance options.

You will assist residents with daily activities, practice safety protocols, and support a caring team dedicated to quality patient care and a positive environment for residents and families, with opportunities to grow skills and contribute to high service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Position and Schedule

• Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• Full-Time and PRN Available

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Must-Haves for Role
