Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Nursing Aides for full-time 12-hour shifts (6a–6p and 6p–6a). You will provide compassionate patient care in a skilled nursing facility and support daily activities. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential.

Requires TX CNA license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Nights and weekends availability is preferred; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k

• Certified Nurse Aide in Texas.
• CPR certification preferred.

Position and Schedule

• Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• Full Time: 12 Hour Shifts (6a - 6p) & 6p-6a) and PRN Available

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Must-Haves for Role

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
