Job summary

The Lodge at Saginaw is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Aide to join our team. Full‑time and PRN options available in a skilled facility setting. You will provide compassionate patient care, assist with daily activities, and uphold health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Texas CNA credential, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Position and Schedule

• Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• Full-Time and PRN Available

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Must-Haves for Role

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
