Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Missouri required.
• At least 6 months CNA experience or completed CNA training program.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to resident dignity, safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting.
• Assist with walking, transfers, mobility.
• Respond to call lights promptly; perform routine rounds.
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity and independence.
• Maintain clean, comfortable resident rooms.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to deliver quality care.

CNA Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll play an important role in providing quality resident care in our skilled nursing and memory care community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Helping residents with walking, transfers, and mobility

• Answering call lights promptly and completing routine resident rounds

• Promoting resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence

• Maintaining clean, comfortable, and organized resident rooms

• Observing residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team

• Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver quality care

CNA Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Missouri

• At least 6 months of CNA experience OR recent clinical experience through an approved CNA training program

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
