Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents
- Assist with daily tasks: bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting
- Help with ambulation and mobility support
- Answer call lights and perform frequent resident rounds
- Keep rooms tidy and comfortable
- Ensure resident safety and comfort
- Report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Work as a valued part of a caring team
