QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Experience in independent decision-making
• Healthcare experience is a plus

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CNA, you will:

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal and nursing care according to care plans.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Respond to resident requests with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment.
• Prepare residents for activities inside and outside the center.
• Ensure all care is respectful and dignified.
• Perform basic nursing procedures as required.
• Create a safe, comfortable environment and meet residents' needs.
• Meet food service needs promptly and compassionately.
• Document activities of daily living and other resident-specific records.
• Follow departmental, center, and corporate policies, standards, and safety protocols.
• Attend training and educational programs to maintain certification and improve care quality.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
