Responsibilities

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks, including hygiene, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and basic healthcare tasks
• Home management tasks such as housekeeping, shopping, and related activities

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide as required by state licensure
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach as needed
