Role Overview

Our CNAs provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, gentleness, friendliness, professionalism, and respecting residents' dignity and privacy.

• Competitive wages: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
• $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time positions (paid out in increments)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent resident care and support with daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
• Respond to patient call lights and determine how to best assist residents
• Review residents' dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure appropriate diets
• Record vital signs as requested by staff
• Immediately notify the nurse in charge of any resident changes in condition

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A love for seniors
