CNA Requirements:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or in the process of becoming certified
A passion for high-quality, person-centered care
Strong communication & teamwork skills
What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities
Take and document vital signs and monitor overall well-being
Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Help promote a positive atmosphere for residents, families, and co-workers
