Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential resident care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and document care in records.

Job Summary:

As a CNA, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing essential care to patients, maintaining accurate resident records, and exceptional resident care.

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Rotating Scheduling: 4 days on, 2 days off
• Days Shift: 6am-2pm
• Evening Shift: 2pm-10pm

Salary/ Wage Range

• Base Pay: $21.00 - $26.05
• Shift Differential Pay - Extra money for working certain shifts & Weekends
