Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in a Florida post-acute care setting. You will provide direct care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain resident safety.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA license, have experience with Electronic Health Records, and are available for all shifts. You will engage residents, document care, and collaborate with the care team to enhance patient

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.

• Assist during meals and ensure sanitization.

Job description

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse
• Assist residents with personal hygiene care and activities of daily living
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Place belongings within patients' reach
• Serve and collect meal trays and assist during meals
• Sanitize and clean tables after meals
• Monitor residents in common areas to maintain safety
• Assist with resident admissions and discharges, including inventory of belongings
• Gather supplies needed for care
• Make unoccupied beds
• Assist residents with preferred activities and engagement

Requirements

• Must have a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant License
