Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Eagle’s Trace community in West Houston, TX is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with person-centered care across daily living tasks. Shifts include part-time morning, evening, and night slots.

Qualifications

• 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state you work in
• Current CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living activities
• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility
• Implement residents' care plans focusing on preferences
• Support resident programs and activities
• Collaborate with clinical team to meet resident needs promptly

Location:

Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Available shifts:

Part time / 24 hrs Morning 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Part time / 16 hrs Evening 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Part time / 8 hrs Nights 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Compensation:

_ commensurate with experience, range starting at $15.00 per hour._

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
