Erickson Senior Living Eagle's Trace in Houston, TX is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living and clinical care. Positions are part-time with evening shifts and a focus on person-centered care within a vibrant retirement community.

Requirements include active CNA and CMA certifications, 1 year of CNA and CMA experience preferred, and CPR certification preferred. Compensation ranges with experience, and benefits include PTO, 401k, and health resources.

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs.

Available shifts:

Part time / 24 hrs Evening 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Part time / 16 hrs Evening 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Part time / 16 hrs Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Part time / 24 hrs Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, between $17.05 - $19.00 / hr

Required: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certifications

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
