Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Nursing Aides to join our full-time team. Positions include 12-hour shifts from 6a–6p and 6p–6a with PRN options. We value compassionate care, patient safety, and teamwork in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications include a Texas CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR (preferred). Experience in healthcare or home care is advantageous; reliable transportation is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Able to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• CPR preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Support clinical staff in resident care tasks.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility.
• Document care provided per facility policy.

Position and Schedule

• Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• Full Time: 12 Hour Shifts (6a - 6p) & 6p-6a) and PRN Available

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Must-Haves for Role
