Job summary

Waterview Health and Rehab is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in the Hampton, VA area. As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health needs, and collaborate with our healthcare team to support quality life for residents.

Active CNA certification in VA is required. We offer competitive pay (up to 24.20/hour) for shifts including 7a-3p, 3p-11p, with full- and part-time options, great leadership, and a welcoming, team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
