Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our nursing team in Hamilton Township, NJ. We provide supportive teamwork, daily pay, and opportunities to grow in skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification recognized in New Jersey.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene).
• Assist residents with meals, hydration and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for residents.
• Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs in a timely, compassionate manner.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers and ambulation per care plans and safety procedures.
• Document care provided accurately and follow facility protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Support individualized care plans and create a welcoming, resident-centered environment.

What our CNA's Do
