Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cortland, NY is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to residents. Full-Time and Part-Time roles are available, including evening and night shifts, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable and responsible work ethic.
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Assist during meals and encourage proper nutrition.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide comfort, companionship, and dignity to residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and fellow CNAs to deliver excellent care.

We’re looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a meaningful difference while working with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents. Your care, kindness, and attention make every day a little brighter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Assisting during meals and encouraging proper nutrition
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Observing residents and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Providing comfort, companionship, and dignity to residents
• Working closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent care
