Job summary

Dignity HCC in Milford, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for the evening shift. The role offers a supportive team, opportunities to grow in a caring environment, and a focus on high-quality, person-centered care.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and help maintain a safe, comfortable setting while collaborating with nursing staff and fellow caregivers to ensure excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or in the process of becoming certified.
• A passion for high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities for residents.
• Take and document vital signs and monitor residents' well-being.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
