Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Experience involving independent decision making
• Healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end
• Provide personal and nursing care per care plan
• Facilitate activities
• Respond to resident needs respectfully
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Prepare residents for activities
• Ensure dignified care and proper documentation
• Perform basic nursing procedures
• Attend trainings and maintain certification
• Perform other duties as assigned
