Job summary

Butler Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team and provide exceptional daily living support to residents. You'll help with personal care, mobility, and ensuring a safe, compassionate environment close to home, with multiple shift options and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA-certified in Missouri.
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to get it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Take care of a resident’s personal hygiene.
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep the residents’ space clean and tidy.
• Perform other tasks involved in the daily care of the residence.

Education

Missouri CNA certification

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• You take care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.
• You set up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake.
• You make beds & keep the Residents’ space clean and tidy.
• You perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residence.

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
• High school diploma or equivalent
