Job summary

Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a CNA Certified Nurse Aide to join our Weekend Program, offering increased pay for weekend shifts and holidays.

As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and work with nursing staff to deliver quality care. We require PA CNA certification and weekend availability; prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA CNA certification.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required for Weekend Program benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

About the CNA Certified Nurse Aide Role

CNA Certified Nurse Aide Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the State of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Must be able to work weekends to be eligible for Weekend Program benefits
