Job summary

Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a CNA Certified Nurse Aide for its Weekend Program with increased pay. You will deliver direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality services.

Weekend shifts are required to be eligible for the program benefits; prior CNA certification in PA is preferred. Competitive pay with opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in Pennsylvania.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends for Weekend Program benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with mealtime, feeding, transferring, and ambulation.
• Maintain infection control and a safe, clean environment.

About the CNA Certified Nurse Aide Role:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)




• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff




• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents




• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control guidelines




• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care




• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
