Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA, is seeking a CNA on our Baylor Program with weekend 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) and enhanced rates. You will provide high-quality resident care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.

This role emphasizes infection control, accurate record-keeping, and a supportive environment within a 142-bed facility recognized for its care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with active credential.
• Experience delivering basic resident care and daily living assistance.
• Familiarity with care plans and infection control protocols.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, resident-centered care to ensure wellbeing.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and daily activities for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of care progress and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.

About The CNA Certified Nurse Aide Role

As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide on our Baylor Program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, you will be part of our Baylor Program, which offers increased rates for CNA staff.

CNA Certified Nurse Aide Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care, including direct care to ensure the highest level of well-being and satisfaction
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and complete records of resident careprogress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies and procedures
