Maple City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents with daily activities and care, under the nursing team. The role welcomes both new graduates and experienced CNAs, with a focus on compassionate care and teamwork.

We offer base pay from $18.25 per hour to $21.00 per hour, plus shift differentials up to $3.25 per hour, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Flexible schedules and same-day pay are also provided to enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current State Certification as a CNA.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, and ADLs.
• Pass meal trays, feed residents, and monitor intake.
• Monitor residents and report health changes to the nurse.
• Transport residents within the facility as needed.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents.

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Maple City Rehabilitation and Nursing. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced CNA, we welcome you to apply. In this role, you will provide compassionate care and assist in daily activities for our residents, supporting the nursing team in maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff.

• Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, and ADLs (activities of daily living).

• Pass meal trays, feed residents, and monitor food and fluid intake.

• Monitor residents, reporting any changes in health or concerns to the nurse.

• Transport residents within the facility as needed.

• Maintain a clean and healthy environment, ensuring comfort and safety for residents.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a CNA program.

• Current State Certification as a CNA.

• Good standing with the State Registry.

• Ability to work as a team player.

• Must meet the requirements set by the Department of Health.

• Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem shifts available with shift differentials of $2.00HR -$3.25HR
