Job summary

Highland Springs Post Acute in Highland Springs, VA is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our long-term care team. We offer all shifts (FT and PT) with competitive pay and shift differentials.

We provide training for new CNAs and a supportive, team-focused environment. You will assist residents with ADLs, support nursing staff, and help maintain dignity, comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
• New CNAs welcome – training and orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care.
• Support nursing staff and care teams.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
