Highland Springs is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our long-term care team in Highland Springs, VA. We offer flexible shifts (7:00a-3:00p, 3:00p-11:00p, 11:00p-7:00a) with FT and PT options, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and Daily Pay. As a CNA you will assist residents with ADLs, support nursing staff, and help maintain dignity, comfort, and safety for residents.

Formación

• Active CNA certification required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
• New CNAs welcome – training and orientation provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide hands-on care.
• Support nursing staff and care teams to ensure resident comfort and safety.
